Dear Sponsorship Applicant,

On behalf of everyone here at AnzoUSA, we would like to thank you for choosing our products to be featured on your project vehicle. We will carefully consider each completed application thoroughly. Due to the large number of proposals we receive, we must implement a policy of requiring the following: a formal application, digital images and/or renderings of the proposed project vehicle.

AnzoUSA offers assorted levels of sponsorships, directly contingent upon the extent of exposure this project will provide us via shows, prints, publications, web and television.

In order to expedite your request for product sponsorship, please fill out the form as completely as possible. Please include digital images and/or vehicle renderings, and send via email to: [email protected]

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You hereby agree that the AnzoUSA product(s) being provided through this sponsorship for your vehicle are to be used for the sole purpose of promoting such products. You acknowledge and agree that the following criteria are required for the sponsorship:

- You agree to prominently display a minimum of two AnzoUSA decals on your vehicle at all shows, events, photo shoots and wherever the vehicle is on display. (NOTE: A signboard listing the contributing sponsors is also recommended, but does not replace the requirement of actual AnzoUSA decals displayed on the vehicle.)

- You agree to send us a minimum of 10 raw images and/or videos (in high resolution) of the sponsored product(s) on your vehicle no later than 30 days after you receive the product(s).

- You agree that the images and/or videos you sent to us are your property, and that they do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including by way of example and not by limitation, any copyright, trademark or patent rights belonging to any third party.

- You authorize AnzoUSA to use any of the images and/or videos with the sponsored product(s) (including any images and/or videos you sent to us or that are posted on your social media accounts) for any and all marketing/promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, and you consent to AnzoUSA’s use of your name, likeness, voice and biographical information for marketing/promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

- By participating in sponsorship, you agree to release and hold harmless AnzoUSA, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of the sponsorship or receipt/use of the sponsored product(s). You further agree that you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

-You agree to attend at minimum 3 shows each year with Anzo USA decal(s) displayed on your vehicle either at the Anzo USA booth or as a registered show truck.

- You agree to post on your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and/or Youtube) at least 3 times per week (not including stories). Tag Anzo USA when posting.

- You agree to regularly upload content to the link provided by Anzo USA. 5 images and 5 videos (vertical preferred) per week. These can include the ones used for the social media posts.

- You further agree that your failure to meet these terms and conditions will result in your obligation to purchase the sponsored product(s) provided by AnzoUSA at full list prices.
