Our lighting products are designed using CAD/CAM computerized equipment and these modern designs are then tested using 3-dimensional testing machine to insure precision and accuracy in the research, development and design of our molds.
In order to affirm resilience and durability, we rigorously test every AnzoUSA lighting product in a Thermo-Hygrometer (temperature and humidity chamber) and a Rain-Resistant Tester. In addition , we thoroughly expose all of our products to intense photometric testing to assure strict compliance with local, state, federal and international standards. Our products go through strict testing for durability, impact strength, as well as fresh/salt water, dust/dirt resistance.
In order to comply with safety regulations, all AnzoUSA products must pass all quality inspections. After all safety checks and quality assurance, products are manufactured using the most advanced technological and economical methods available. Single, double, and triple shot injection machines produce our semi-finished products. After undergoing vacuum electro-plating or spray plating processes, products are combined through hot press bonding, friction bonding, or an automatic assembly line spin coater.

1) Design Stage

Photometric Simulation
Mold-Flow Analysis
For replacement product, we use reverse engineering to acquire the parameters needed to run CAD. For performance product, we use the parameters designed by ourselves along with certain parameters obtained from reverse engineering to run CAD. Photometric (optical) simulation and mold flow analysis are conducted. We will then create the RP mold to test the fit on an actual vehicle. Once the fit is perfect, we move on to the Mold Development stage.
2) Mold Develop Stage
CAM CNC file transfer:
Transfer the CAD file from the design section to format accepted by CNC machine and further setup the CNC path for the CNC machine to develop mold.
CNC operation:
Setup required coordination and use the transferred file to run the CNC machine to develop mold.
3) Environmental Test Stage
The environmental lab performs internal SAE environmental testing and is also qualified to conduct official CAPA environmental testing and issue a report.

4) Photometric Test Stage
Our photometric lab is qualified to do the official photometric test and issue the reports for E-Mark and CAPA. This test is used to check the compliance of luminance(cd & lx) and saturation. Our photometric technicians can also adjust these functions individually on each lamp.

5) Production Stage
Injection Machine: To form the parts
Photometric Test: This test ensures the lamp meets the CD requirements.(We are able to make prompt adustments when necessary.)
Polycarbonate Coating: To harden the headlamp shell
Gluing Machine: We program our computer to combine parts and glue the lamp together.
Tempering Machine: To relieve the machine stress within the headlamp shell
Optical Axis Test: This test ensures the lamp meets the optical axis requirements.(We are able to make prompt adjustments when necessary.)
