Our lighting products are designed using CAD/CAM computerized equipment and these modern designs are then tested using 3-dimensional testing machine to insure precision and accuracy in the research, development and design of our molds.
In order to affirm resilience and durability, we rigorously test every AnzoUSA lighting product in a Thermo-Hygrometer (temperature and humidity chamber) and a Rain-Resistant Tester. In addition , we thoroughly expose all of our products to intense photometric testing to assure strict compliance with local, state, federal and international standards. Our products go through strict testing for durability, impact strength, as well as fresh/salt water, dust/dirt resistance.
In order to comply with safety regulations, all AnzoUSA products must pass all quality inspections. After all safety checks and quality assurance, products are manufactured using the most advanced technological and economical methods available. Single, double, and triple shot injection machines produce our semi-finished products. After undergoing vacuum electro-plating or spray plating processes, products are combined through hot press bonding, friction bonding, or an automatic assembly line spin coater.

1) Design Stage

Mold Flow Analysis
For replacement product, we use reverse engineering to acquire the para needed to run CAD. For performance product, we use the parameters designed by ourselves along with certain parameters obtained from reverse engineering to run CAD. Photometric (optical) simulation and mold flow analysis are conducted. A RP model will then be made to test the fitness on a real car. If the test OK, we then will move to the mold develop stage.
2) Mold Develop Stage
CAM CNC file transfer:
Transfer the CAD file from the design section to format accepted by CNC machine and further setup the CNC path for the CNC machine to develop mold.
CNC operation:
Setup required coordination and use the transferred file to run the CNC machine to develop mold.
3) Environmental Test Stage
The environmental lab perform SAE environmental test internally and is qualified to conduct official CAPA environmental test and issue report.

4) Photometric Test Stage
The photometric lab is qualified to perform official photometric test and issue report for E-Mark and CAPA. The test is to check the compliance of the luminance (cd or lux), saturation and adjust function of each lamp.

5) Production Stage
Injection Machine: To form the parts
Photometric Test: To make sure the lamp meets the cd requirement and make prompt adjustment if needed.
Polycarbonate Coating: To harden the headlamp shell
Gluing Machine: Use programmable computer to do the gluing job to combine lamp parts.
Tempering Machine: To relieve the machine stress within the headlamp shell
Optical Axis Test: To make sure the lamp meets the optical axis requirement and make prompt adjustment if needed.
