Shipping Policy

To enhance security measures and protect our valued customers, AnzoUSA has established a policy requiring that the shipping address must match the billing address on the credit card used for the transaction. Recipients are not allowed to alter the shipment's destination once the order has been placed. Should any order raise concerns of potential fraudulent activity, Anzo USA reserves the right to cancel it at our discretion. Affected orders will receive a full refund, issued without advance notification.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include the tracking number.

ALL ORDERS OVER $500 WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.

**Please note that the order processing times are separate from the carrier shipping times. There may also be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or carrier service problems during the holiday season or unforeseen weather disruptions.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is currently only available to the 48 contiguous states. You may email our Customer Service representatives at [email protected] to inquire about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada at your expense. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anzo USA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We offer $15 flat rate shipping for orders below $50. 

Free shipping is available for orders over $50. 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
